What is your service guarantee? If you are dissatisfied for any reason, let us know why and we will re-clean within 48 hours.
Do you require a deposit? We require a non-refundable deposit of $35We do this because we guarantee our appointments and ask for the same commitment from you.
When will my cleaning crew arrive? Our crew will arrive within a 2-hour window. If we should be late or need to reschedule, we will add an additional hour of complimentary service to your cleaning.
Do you use all natural cleaning products. 98% of the products we use are made from natural ingredients and bio-degradable. We do not use harsh or caustic chemicals. If you have special needs let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Will you use my cleaning products if I prefer that? Please call to discuss that with our office. Our employees health is a concern and many of them prefer to work with only natural cleaning products we supply.
How manylong do you think I need? After you submit a cleaning request we will help you decide that.
Do you have insurance? Are you bonded? Yes. Keep in mind only companies with real employees can be bonded and insured. If a company uses sub-contractors each of those sub-contractors must carry their own individual insurance and bonding.
Are your maids sub-contractors? No, we hire real employees because we want our staff and our clients to be protected. A company that uses sub-contractors is not responsible for their actions and insurance and bonding do not apply.
Will my maid bring a vacuum? We do only when specially requested. We do not wish to transfer bugs or allergens from one home to another so we prefer to use our client’s vacuum.
Do I need to be at home when my housekeeper comes? Some clients prefer to be home and some prefer we come while they are at work. We are happy to serve you however you are most comfortable.
